Replacement upvc front door handle

I am in the process of painting our front door and upgrading the furniture.
The current door we think was put in during the late 80s and the original key has Winkhaus written on it, so have been searching for one of those. It has three screw fixings on it so has been a bit tricky to find one, at a sensible price and in the colour I want (shiny chrome or silver)

Can anyone help with finding a door handle like this, for as cheap as possible? The reason for this is the door will be eventually replaced when we do our new hallway so I don't want to waste money. We have thought about spraying the current furniture but I'm not sure I could get the finish I am after as they are a bit pitted.
