Would you have a survey done on a property built in 2021? If so, which kind of survey? The property comes with a 10 year warranty.

Yes, I would have a level 2 RICS Homebuyers survey. Approximate cost of £500.

Level 2 if it is as built. If it’s had extensions or internal alterations, level 3 is needed.

To be honest, no I wouldn't bother on a property built 2 years ago. Just the most basic Valuation survey that the mortgage company insist on.

It's covered by the 10 year warranty anyway if you discover any issues.
