Can anyone recommend a good paint range that doesn't cost the earth?

In the planning period of redecorating my hall & landing.

Usually use dulux but I'm pretty bored of their colour options.

Can anyone recommend anything better?

Have a look at the pricey paint ranges like Farrow & Ball or Little Greene and then get the colour you like mixed - B&Q do it and plenty of other places I think. It won’t be exactly the same but so long as you’re not putting it alongside the original it should be fine and a lot cheaper and more hard wearing than F&B. There’s a recent F&B thread with some advice on this in the comments.

Decorating centre online. I get my farrow and ball colour matches there by leyland or Johnstone brand and they do their own ranges there too.
