Adult high sleeper cabin bed?

Are these a thing & does anyone have any recommendations?

dc is approaching 6ft so the IKEA cabin bed isn’t going to cut but bedroom is small & the space for a desk is needed

ikea used to do a double bed about six foot in the air, and you could get a sofa/living space underneath.

you do need high ceilings for it though (over 9’6”)

We looked all over for DD for one, ended up with the parisot higher high sleeper which is a European mattress so a bit longer, but have to duck to get under (when under it’s fine just the wardrobe is a pain). We found a good alternative in La redoubt too. Pottery Barn in the US do brilliant ones but they are extortionate and they aren’t on the uk website so not sure if they would ship. You might be best getting a joiner to make you one.

we are lucky enough to have high ceilings so will check out the IKEA one & then look at the others!
