Shared mews type courtyard

We share a mews type courtyard with two other properties. Parking space for each property is delineated on the ground but whole courtyard used by cars when parking. The smallest property wants to fence off the space in front of their door. How can I stop this happening?

Can you clarify/draw a diagram? If you have designated spaces why are people parking all over the courtyard? What difference will it make for the other two houses if the smallest property fences off an area outside their place?

Have you looked at your deeds? Or is that a really obvious question? If so genuine apologies.

I actually think we do need a drawing of this.

Is one property wanting to fence in their parking space?

What do the the deeds on the property say? Are there any covenants around access?

Why are you objecting to them doing this? It it an access issue?

Does each property actually own their specific parking space or do they just own the right to park in a space and have been allocated one??

its all what the deeds say isn’t it.

but if someone is parking so close to their front door thst the bumper is poking thru the letterbox you can understand why they want to fence it
