Also posted in chat! Dull topic but has anyone got one of these?? Been wanting a log burner for so long and will soon be in a position to get one but kind of put off by the eco impact, the mess/laying effort (I'm lazy 🤷🏼♀️) and the initial cost!
Everything I've read says bioethanol burners are a great alternative - if less heat-effective, but it wouldn't be our primary heat source - economical, eco friendly, you can move them from room to room, and even toast marshmallows on them!
Anyone any other pros or cons to help my decision I'd be very grateful!!
