Hi, new here:). I was invited to view a council flat that I had bidded on the 17th , when I arrived there the officer didn’t have the key so she had to rearrange (I was the only person there). It was rearranged for the 22nd, where another officer showed me around but told me that 5 other people were also supposed to be viewing the property at the same time as me- however none of them showed up, so he told me it’s looking very likely that the flat would be mine. I’m wondering how long before I hear anything back from the council with regards to whether I’ve got the flat or not? Will I hear anything if I haven’t been successful? I called customer service and they said wait 2 weeks bht that seems a bit long in my opinion? Aibu or impatient? First time I’ve ever gone to a viewing I really just wanna know. Anyone else have this experience or can advice? Xxx
