SW London - 800k: area advice

Hi all. My partner and I are looking to move to SW London. I work in Tooting, so easy commute would be appreciated!

We have a budget of around 800k for ideally a 4 bed house (tall order!). We want a nice area with good schools, which is a priority.

Any idea where to go? I looked into Colliers Wood, but wasn’t sure about schools. Help would be appreciated, thanks!

West Norwood or Streatham are near Tooting and I think you could probably get a house for £800k

What age are your kids? CW has good primaries but not very good options for secondary - we will move before secondary age.

Thanks for the recommendations . Maybe Colliers Wood would be good to start as we don’t have kids yet, but it’s something we want in the near future, and are looking for a family home. Do you have any idea where you want to move for secondary school?
