Brushed bathroom fittings - or not?

I’m in the middle of loft conversion and trying to pick things for the ensuite. I’m keen to go for the below tiles - terrazzo for the floor and pink for the walls. The vanity unit will be with one draw, oak in material and with white sink.

However, I cannot decide whether to go for brished brass fittings or not. What would you do? Will they last time and not look outdated in couple of years?

Thanks in advance!

Personally I love brushed brass and would definitely go for that.

I wasn't sure at first, but then found this example of brushed brass with pink tiles and think it looks good. Chrome or Nickel would be too cold.

I wouldn't worry about whether it goes out of fashion, as long as you like it. Being brushed rather than shiny it should be easy to keep clean, and from what I've read it is hardwearing.

Go for what you love now rather than worrying about so called future trends. We did and no regrets, life’s too short.

Just finished redoing our family bathroom. We went with pink tiles on a feature wall & brushed brass / gold fittings. Really pleased how it worked out. Go with what you like now - your taste & fashion will move on over time, but as mentioned above, life's too short.

I think it would look really nice with your tiles and wouldn’t worry about it dating unless you plan to sell anytime soon. Even then I would still just pick what you want! I went for antique brass in the end in mine but I think I preferred it a bit less shiny with my tiles. Pic because I am very proud of an actual nice bathroom compared to our old monstrosity!

We have matt brushed brass and I love it, we've had it for about 3 years now, we have an Edwardian house and went fairly traditional in the bathroom, rolltop bath, patterned floor tiles, half metro, deep Edwardian colour top half (high ceilings so it can take it) etc and chrome just wouldn't have felt right, it's over of my favourite rooms in the house. Just be careful what you clean it with!
