Help! Local knowledge and suggestions appreciated!!! I live overseas and my small 3rd home in Brixton, which I am renting out, has substantial problems. We need to fix damp problem and then get a contractor to do some minor structural repairs, replace kitchen, replace carpet, repaint all interior and replace garden wall. Problem is I don’t trust our agents as previous tenants just reached out via Facebook to let us know about shoddy work done by contractor favoured by the agents. How do I find a good contractor? Is there a particular website with reviews I can trust?
