I bought 2 sets of window shutters for my sons' bedrooms in April 2023 and they are still giving off an odour 4 months later. We have moved one of my son's out of his room completely and the other has his windows open fully all of the time. Thomas Sanderson are saying there is no odour but this is subjective.
This thread is to warn other parents from using this company as we feel it is a health and safety issue and I'm trying to get the company to remove them and issue a refund.
