thinking to buy a property to let/use as a summer house in the Cotswold area. I spent a few weeks there during covid and realised like that it is rural but still close to London where I live.
If you have a short-term let - how many bedroom would be the the best investment? how profitable is it to have short-term let (is it booked every weekends or less?)? is there a decreasing demand how? do you manage it yourself or with an agency?
Does it worth buying in Burford or there are other villages nearby with long walks that also can be a good investment for short-term rents?
