Planking objection no longer there

A couple of years ago we put in for planning to add another floor onto the garage attached to our property.

Our party wall neighbour, attached on the other side of the house, objected to this on rather flimsy grounds. The planner ignored their objection.

We’ve long since built said extension but I revisited the online portal this week to check on some wording. On doing so I noticed that the party wall neighbours objection has now vanished - the two other objections are still on there though.

What would the value be to this neighbour to ask that this was removed? Would this constitute a neighbourly dispute which would need to be disclosed when they sell? I have an email from them telling me they were putting in an objection but didn’t think to download copies for preservation. Just being a bit nosy really!
