Hi,
I am looking to purchase a house in Bracknell but not sure of the exact area. Looking for under 500k in Binfield/ warfield/ Jeannette park. I may be renting it initially (depending on work) so considering the rents as well. Any recommendations would highly appreciated. Looking for recently built rather than newly builts.

Following as we are aslo looking to move there and would like to know more about the area. Looking more at Binfield, due to the new King academy school.

Binfield used to be really nice but has lost its villagey feel due to the extra developments so more of a subrub feel now. No new doctors so with all the new builds it got very busy. Still has good pubs. Overall still OK but not great. Warfield is basically just new builds now with only a Tesco for entertainment.

If you are commuting to London check out Martins Heron and neighbouring areas, they are 1980's houses but you get more for your money than Binfield and you can walk to the station. Each area has its own shops and doctors with lots of footpaths and nearby woodland for walks.

We left the area a few years ago as it getting too crowded. Not a bad place to live though as the housing stock was newer (and cheaper) than surrounding towns.

Jennets Park is lovely, do avoid Great Hollands as it’s super crowded and parking is a nightmare.

Binfield and Warfield also nice, think I prefer Binfield. Warfield is a bit more remote and not really much there
