I'm having driving lessons atm so my judgement isn't yet the best.

Do you think it would be possible to squeeze a car in through that tiny gap and create a driveway?

The curb isn't dropped and the house is right inside a corner, the neighbours attached next door have the curb dropped... I don't know much about if it would also be approved or not based on that.

It's not a garage at the back, there is just a gate to get through to the garden. There is parking round the back but it isn't allocated so not guaranteed.

People are saying you could park here OP. There's a actually a car parked there on satellite view.

Agents blurb says off road parking to the rear. They wouldn’t put that if you were parking in the road behind.
