So we were evicted on a section 21 no fault.
We had no choice but to go into emergency housing as we had been bidding for 6 months and won nothing.
Once we entered emergency housing they said they would place us on auto bidding.
Now we don't like being here,but being forced out by bidding on unsuitable propertys to get rid us beacuse they dont want to increase our banding seems unethical and institutional abuse.
After 6 months of being on a band b we are still in que position 20 for suitable ground floor propertys.
Now they are going to auto bid on propertys that my husband can't climb the stairs to the 3rd floor etc.
So we will go through a cycle of having to accept unsuitable propertys to keep our homeless duty and appealing while my husband can't get up the steps for around 8 weeks.
They have been provided all the medical evidence so have no excuse to select unsuitable propertys
How many times can they keep offering you unsuitable propertys before they have have to offer a suitable property with ground floor access or a lift?
