Replaster room - estimate

Just wondering if anyone knew roughly how much it would cost to get a room replastered. West Midlands if that helps

Room is 3m x3m and 1 wall is cracked and I think probably needs replastering completely, possibly window wall too. I think the remaining 2 walls just need skimming

Just hoping someone may be able to let me know what to expect before I get a quote, so I know if it's in the right ballpark?

I’m in London, room size 4m x 5m including ceiling and I paid £1150 a couple of months ago.

In London too and we paid about £1500 including ceiling.

West Midlands too and renovated a house last year - just checked the quotes for a similar sized room (not inc ceiling) was £700 inc materials.

@honeyandfizz were all the walls complexly replaster or just skimmed?

All skimmed but just thought the ceiling was also done and had to over boarded as it was awful when the wallpaper came off.

Hmmm, I'll get a quote and cross my fingers crossed to might just wallpaper over it if it's £700+ and hope for the best. Was hoping £300-£450 ish but haven't had any plastering done for a very long time, so prices have obviously jumped

I had a quote in January for £600 for a room 4.5 x 3.6 plus a bit of corridor that's about 2 x 0.90 including ceiling. I'm in Cambridgeshire. I ended up using Toupret finishing plaster which is a kind of DIY skim. Worked really well.
