Hello All, Needed your advise, we are getting our Asbestos flooring removed. The bitumen which is used to stick the flooring also has Asbestos. The Asbestos remover has stated it is wise to just remove Asbestos tiles and not to remove Bitumen. He is stated to cover it up with pva or anti static liquid. Do you advise it is a sensible decision to do the same? Can I fix Lvt on it? Appreciate your help.
