Removing tiles around window - help please

I want to remove the tiles around the window in the bathroom. They're not on the sill, just the walls and top part of the recess. We had the window installed a few years ago, so the tiles definitely came first, but I don't think the window/sealant is over the top of them as they look full-width.

My question is, can I remove the tiles from 3 sides without the window falling out or weakening it in any way?! Probably a silly question, I know, but my DIY stops at adding tiles on a wall, not removing them from near windows!

The windows will have sealant on them outside so it won’t just fall out.
Can’t guarantee taking the tiles off won’t result in all the sealant inside coming off too though so you might need to be prepared to replace that asap.

Thank you, that's useful to know!
