How can I remove a tongue and groove bath panel?

Without cracking the wood or the bath.
There's been a disaster with a tap coming apart, bottom part has fallen down such that I need to get under the bath to push it up to then screw on the top part.
Any ideas how to remove the vertical tongue & groove - unpainted but no obvious screws...

Had a similar problem once, the end of ours was screwed in, removed the screws and sort of wobbled the end off.
A certain amount of force required!

Is it glued on? If it's glue a hot steamer may work.
