Sister is moving from abroad back to UK and likes Newcastle and surrounding area. Does anyone know Marsden in South Shieldsand would you say it is a nice, safe area?

We used to live there, tbh we loved it, you’re right on the beach and some lovely streets. But it would all depend whereabouts it was. Feel free to PM me OP if you want more specific info.
