Cost for asbestos survey?

If you’ve had an asbestos survey on your home, please could you tell me how much this cost? Just wondering what a reasonable ballpark price would be. They’d be testing multiple things within the house and sending it off for testing with a UKAS accredited lab.

Do you mean a quote to remove, or a test to see if you have it, as usually if a builder suspected this they would send a sample off the be checked first

We were quoted £800 +VAT but haven't actioned it yet

It’s an asbestos surveyor coming to take samples from multiple locations in the house and send them for testing. I need the full survey because I’ll be doing renovations so will need to know all the locations of possible asbestos.

No removal included in the quote, just seeing if asbestos is present at this stage.

This is too high. We paid £195,just a week back. The agency is Supernova.
