Something popped up on my SM regarding claim stamp duty if the property is uninhabitable ? we bought a property with no flooring at all , with dust everywhere. I do not want to ring these companies before they start ringing me for rest of my life.
Are these claims seem genuine / whether my category fit into this. I highly doubt it
