Damage to wall/window - help!

I have a velux window in my kitchen. The corner is showing dome damage now (see photo) but I don't know what sort of workman to contact. Please help!

It is a favourite place for spiders and we have cobwebs there a lot

I’d bet on a roofer because I think the velux is not installed properly or there is an issue with the flashing.
