We’re looking at possibly moving to Barnoldswick from Bradford area and was wondering if anyone could give me a feel for what it’s like as a place. We visited briefly and it felt like it was quiet and mainly populated by older people. The quiet part doesn’t bother us but I was hoping to spot a few more mums about. 😬
We have a 3 year old and due a baby soon. Are there many baby classes/places to meet people in Barnoldswick or does everyone go to Skipton or Colne/Burnley? I think my main worry is feeling a bit isolated there and struggling to make friends locally. Also, if anyone has any recommendations for schools/nurseries would love to hear them!
