It might sound daft but does a flat roof extension have any sort of loft space? We've seen a bungalow we like for sale but it has a 2 storey extension at the back.
I'm wondering if there is any space above the two bedrooms in the extension or do the ceilings in flat roof extensions go almost to the roof if you get my drift?
