I had all my outside drainage replaced about a month ago. I've just been cleaning my sink, basin and bath with bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar followed by a kettle full of boiling water. I'm now wondering if the boiling water will do any damage to the outside drains as they're all plastic instead of the clay ones they replaced. I have visions of all the drains melting! Or am I overreacting?
