So essentially ex and I bought ye olde farmhouse and steadings years ago in my name. Have since seperated but in fairness we would like to divide the property. I keep the house he gets the outbuildings. I have secured planning permission for this to happen.
He is supposed to pay me half the value of mortgage £60k his share of property should be worth £300k. Looking online this is a gifted equity situation has anyone been through similar and could recommend a mortgage company?
