We put a regularisation to the LA for the removal of a load bearing wall...
When out inspecting they started looking round the property and asking about other building work (work is all over 4+ years old)
Now they have noticed the other work can we still get indemnity insurance as we were only planning on regularising the street beam (this is already expensive enough)!
