Selling house - what needs to be declared

Looking to sell my house and a couple of years ago complained to the council about my neighbour as I could often hear their tv loudly. Since then, no further complaints have been made and I just message my neighbour whenever it’s too loud - it’s usually early evenings. The neighbour doesn’t have noisy parties or anything like that, they just occasionally play loud music at the weekends. Is this something that needs to be declared?

If you complained to the council I'd imagine you have to declare it, yes.

Yes I think it would be picked up.

Yup

I would say that in the original complaint resolved the problem, then there is no need to declare it- but as you have said the problem continues I doubt you could avoid declaring it- but why not get advice on exactly to word it/
