We're approaching the end of a building project, the patio was damaged and part lifted during the build for foundations and drainage routing , and we asked the builder to make it good but he is charging us extra for this. Paving slabs have been relaid, then we have put slate down in the gaps around the edges
There have been a number of additional charges added that we feel should always have been anticipated and placed in the original quote so we don't really trust him now.
Is it reasonable for him to charge for this (he's made a big deal of only charging cost price for this)
