Mouldy garage advice?

Double length garage. About 15 years old. The front end has an up and over door and is completely dry.

The back end has a UPVC window and door. 2 air bricks. Guttering which doesn't leak (checked earlier) and it's mouldy internally.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to reduce to mould? Maybe it needs damp proofing / sealing?

The previous owner used it as an office as the back end has stud walls, electricity and internet.

Would love to use it as storage but worried about things being damaged. Any advice would be great 😊

I painted the exterior of the garage last Summer hoping that it may help and it has reduced a little bit.

Do your garage doors have little things on the bottom of them that stop stuff from getting in from outside? I have no idea what they're called, a bit like a big fringe.

One of the two of ours does not, and it lets all matter of debris and weather in.
