Packing! Help!

We are moving in a few days and have a packing service coming tomorrow to “ finish “ our packing. This was based on everyone’s recommendations before.
We always intended to start and get as much done as the packing service was bookable by hour depending on how long they are here and theyonly had 1 day availability so was worried that wouldnt be enough hence why we made a start. Here lies the problem- there is now currently half packed stuff EVERYWHERE, most rooms have alot of things packed bar the kitchen / living which are broadly untouched. I am aghast at the state of the place and all the crap sitting everywhere I worry the packers will arrive tomorrow and be like wtf. I will not be here tomorrow so partner is in charge of instructions 🤪🤯. I don’t cope well in mess and disarray so feeling anxious thinking how will this all get done.
should I go around tonight adding posits of do not touch to things I will need tomo night/ moving morning or what’s the best tactic ?what about fridge / freezer etc?! Have a small suitcase each of clothes for myself and kids packed as we will be staying in an air b n b for a few nights. Any advice greatly received !only so much stuff I can put in my car alongside 3 kids and a pet !

Relax, this is their day job and moving is always hectic. I would focus on gathering any things that you don't want packed to a single location so it's easier to manage. Postits can fall off and it may not be clear to the removal team what you meant

Don't forget to empty the bin or they'll take the rubbish too!
