Light fitting

Can anyone suggest a shade for this light fitting?? It’s for a tiny dark hall but I can’t see what sort of shade it needs as lampshade won’t work???

And just to add it’s an 1871 cottage,.!!

If you can't fit a shade then just swop it for a pendant fitting (unless you have really low ceilings that would mean you constantly knocking it) or a simple flush light fitting.
