Hello, We bought our house a year and a half ago but only realised our Neighbour has built over our side of the boundary. Its just an Eave and Gutter and we don't mind but we are thinking of extending in the future and the guttering might hinder our choices. The extension they built recently (last 4 years) was built with the pervious owners permission and we are wondering if we have to accept this or if we had any rights to have this altered when we want to extend?
