Neighbour has given notice under the Party Wall Act of their intention to convert their loft and install a dormer.
What questions should I be asking them? They don't need planning permission as it's under permitted development.
Or do I just sign? This is my first property so I haven't a clue.
We're in mid-terrace Victorian houses.
