I am just wondering if anyone can give us some advice. Basically my partner owns the house we currently live in, but now we've had children we need to move as its quite rural village by the sea.
Our house is worth around 80k, but looking around the area we need to live, within 15 to 20 miles of Killingworth there isn't much currently in our price range.
We could afford up to 85,000 but ideally need a 3 bedroom house, with garden and close to shops, and local transport.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best places to live for our requirements?
