I've seen a property for sale in Gowdall and would like to know if anyone here lives in the village. I've seen some Information saying it flooded on one occasion about 20 years ago. I believe that flood defenses have been upgraded since then.
Just wondering if anyone knows if there's a genuine flood risk these days? I've checked the tools which says it's a low risk but I'm worried since there were floods in nearby areas such as Snaith.
