I bid on a new build flat which states it has its own garden. They seem to be 3 sets of 1-up-1-down flats, but I had a look at the developers plans, and unlike every other property (private & Affordable housing) it doesn’t look like they do have gardens. Certainly doesn’t show it like all the other properties.
In your experience, do they get these ads wrong?? I’d have thought it’s pretty important to be correct as you don’t get a viewing to decide, just the details where I am.
