Land registry Lead Time

Hello, I’m just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the land registry to complete a change of name on title deeds? Am hoping to send AP1 doc off tomorrow along with my deed poll doc. It’s a pretty straightforward change. Thanks

Hi. Had FDR. Got through it! Ex husband to give me a lumpsum and I have to take my name of the title deed, simultaneously. Can I do this myself? Had quotes of £999/£870 from conveyancing solicitors. Is there a cheaper way of doing it? No mortgage outstanding or money borrowed against the property or anything?
