new boiler installed but not registered. what should I do now?

We’ve recently hired a plumber to replace our old boiler. We confirmed with the company if they were going to provide a certificate afterwards and they said yes. However they didn’t register it with gas safety after the installation, they didn’t leave any warranty documents or paperwork for us and they are not answering our phones now. What are our options?

are they corgi registered? If so I would start with them and explain they are not providing the paperwork. It is illegal not too. I would write to them (the company you hired) giving them a final warning. Contact citizens advice they can refer you onto trading standards and give you clearer advice and advice what to write in your final warning letter.
