Glass balcony

Hi

We have a large balcony - approx 3m by 10m. It's currently ugly black metal and timber slats. We paint every year and it looks awful again within 3 months.

We'd love a glass balcony but would like a rough idea of costs before talking to sales companies.

Can anyone give me a steer? I'm in central belt Scotland.

Ours is now 4 years old and looks brand new. The glass and uprights (approx 8m long) came to about £5k. The composite deck flooring was on top as was fitting the glass. Totall, probably around £9K. We found it cheaper to purchase glass and fitter separate to paying a company to do all.
