Afternoon all, I’m due to give notice on my rented property this week, I’ll have a month to move out, deep clean etc. Can anyone please advise me as to what happens with re-letting the house? Will the estate agents come round in my last month with prospective new tenants for viewings? I’m totally upside down at the minute and my dog is here alone if I’m out at work. I just wondered what happened with viewings, I imagine they will want to get it rented back out again asap. Many thanks 😊
