Which house would you choose?

I’ve attached the floor plans. I really love both but struggling to decide which I prefer. Both roughly 1000sq m one is more open plan than the other but with options to close things up a little and make it not as open (see images) one has a huge kitchen the other not so big and no utility 😩 I’m struggling! Thanks in advance for your help 🥰

No downstairs loo in either...I'd keep looking

Thank you for all your help 🥰 so this is the garden of option 2 😩 it’s a strange little triangle and behind me to the left is the garage but the layout is strange as it’s a corner plot. So even the front garden goes in to a point and the front door looks almost like it’s on the side of the house. I just didn’t feel like I was “home” when I was in the house! 😩

It depends how you live. If outside space is important to you then option 1. If parking might be an issue with option 2, then option 1. It doesn't sound like you really love either though, so maybe keep looking?

you clearly favour option 1 so go for option 1 !

So no.2 is ruled out which is helpful.
Are you going for a 2nd viewing at no.1?

Is the middle section of Option 1 (marked Living Room) quite dark? It doesn't seem to have any windows in that stretch.
