Spiral staircase handrail

I have a curved/ spiral staircase leading up to a 1st floor flat. We don’t currently have a handrail but need to get one asap. Having a bespoke wooden one is too expensive at the moment: any suggestions.

They're still not cheap but do you have a wall you could have a rope handrail attached to?
