I'd rate it slightly higher than 'shed', maybe 'home office' or 'yoga studio'. Very odd that something of that type got planning permission as a stand alone dwelling.

What the hell...its not even a home office/shed. Its just "dumped" on the street. Makes me wonder if the original site was a public toilet which they knocked down and built over.

If you go on to Google Maps actual website you can look at historic Street View which shows it used to be a hairdressers!

I live in St Andrews and know exactly where it is. It will never be bought as a swanky Airb&b. It will be snapped up by the parents of rich Americans or Chinese students (or any other rich overseas student) as digs for their little darling at uni.
