The property we’re looking to buy is rented, so the landlord had to get an EICR done a few years ago which shows they also had to fit a new consumer unit. I vaguely remember having a EICR on a previous house and the electrician said the resistance was low (or high?) and though it passed the EICR, we’d need to think about re-wiring. What numbers do I need to be looking at and what is a ‘good’ score?
