New light for odd shaped child's room

We're currently changing what was my office to a nursery, which means the exposed light bulb I've lived with needs to go! However, I'm not sure what to replace it with. It's a sloping ceiling so height wise it can't be more than the depth of a lightbulb really. There's a fair amount of natural light from a big skylight. I wondered about putting a few directional spotlights in as it's an L shaped room so that might help get some light into the corner. There's not the width for a normal flush ceiling light.

I think a bar of spotlights would be good idea. We have a couple of these in our kitchen and they blend in with the lowish ceiling. They come in a single, three or four bar.
