We viewed a house a few days ago with an enormous triple garage - it’s 500 sq ft.
could be really great games Room / hang out space / studio.
It has a pitched roof so skylights could be put in.
I’d want it to be properly ‘done’ so it was a proper living space, possibly with bifolds onto the garden, a loo etc
Has anyone done anything similar, and if so, how much did it cost / did you need planning, how long did it take etc?
