Selling land to real estate houses. Need advice

Hello, I have land and want to sell it to real estate agents but don't know what to do because the risk of being scammed is high?

I'm thinking of going through an intermediary to make sure I get the best price. But don't know where to start looking. Need advice and experience from you guys. Thanks

Use a land agent

I agree a proper land agent from a reputable organisation. I my experience there are a lot of promise the world 'friend intermediaries' who cost a lot more in the long term. Get some professional assistance even if it seems expensive it's not half as expensive as getting bad advice

You wouldn’t typically sell to a real estate agent, a real estate agent is the intermediary you would use to find a suitable buyer, and negotiate the best price on your behalf.

You should do a little research as to which firms are dealing with te sale of land in your area. Is the land agricultural or for building houses? Have you explore planning options?

I wouldn’t necessarily say the chance of being scammed is high, but you need to speak to someone who knows what they’re doing.
